IFOA Ontario is excited to once again present a stage at BookFest Windsor. Join us for readings by Clarke Blaise, Brian Francis and Will Ferguson, followed by a book signing.

Longlisted for the Scotiabank Giller Prize, Clarke Blaise presents his new collection of Indo-American Canterbury Tales, The Meagre Tarmac, which explores the places where tradition, innovation, culture, and power meet with explosive force.

Spanning 70 years, Brian Francis’ second novel, Natural Order, is a poignant, compassionate tale about motherhood, acceptance and redemption.

In Canadian Pie, Will Ferguson shares stories from his travels to Yukon in search of gold, gives lessons of a mini-bar ninja and discusses his misadventures working on the Vancouver Olympics Closing Ceremonies.

Longlisted for the 2011 Man Asian Literary Prize, Sarita Mandanna’s Tiger Hills, is a story that follows the tangled relationships of the three main characters, leading to a devastating tragedy and an event that has unforeseen and far-reaching consequences for generations to come.
